Book an appointment
Call the salon (831.634.1488) to book an appointment. If no one answers, leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible during regular business hours. Leave your name, callback number and what service you're interested in. You should not consider your appointment booked until you've heard back from the salon.If you just have a general question, feel free to use the e-mail link at the bottom of the page.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you need to cancel, simply call the salon and leave a message if your call is not answered.
If you no-show an appointment (no cancellation call), Bella Faccia reserves the right to charge you a 50% no-show fee (50% of the price of the services you had scheduled).
